The oven is an indispensable tool in the baking process, which brings convenience and delicious food to all baking friends, but also brings a lot of trouble, especially how to clean our oven is a headache. Today, I will teach you how to clean our oven quickly and conveniently~
1. New oven
The newly bought oven can be roasted at 250 ℃ for 10 minutes to remove the smell in the new machine.
2. Keep the oven clean
Especially after making meat dishes such as roast chicken legs, wings and ribs, the greasy smell in the oven will be heavy. If the inner wall of the oven, the baking net, the baking tray and the chassis are not cleaned in time, it will become * * * difficult to remove the heavy greasy dirt.
Therefore, after each baking, wait until the temperature in the oven drops to about 50 ℃ (the temperature is not hot). Then the cleaning can be carried out. Cleaning must be carried out under the condition of power failure and partial cooling.
The temperature in the oven is often as high as 150 ℃ when the work is just completed, which cannot be cleaned immediately. On the one hand, it may cause burns. On the other hand, the sudden cooling during cleaning has a negative effect on the maintenance of the internal parts of the oven.
3. Skillful steps of oven cleaning
Step 1: (* * * put on gloves) Dismantle the detachable parts inside the oven, such as the baking net, baking tray and chassis, and then wash them with neutral detergent. In places with heavy oil stain, you can use the oil fume cleaner to remove the heavy oil stain in the kitchen to decontaminate the key parts.
Step 2: Put an old newspaper beside the door of the oven, and use a dry towel gourd pulp or a small bamboo brush to completely remove the scorched crumbs from the oven.
Step 3: The heating tube inside the oven must be gently wiped with a dry cloth, and it is not allowed to wipe with a wet rag to avoid affecting the insulation of the heating tube and causing electric leakage and short circuit. Note that the inside of the oven shall not be directly flushed with water except for the detachable parts.
Step 4: If the heating pipe and protective net are found to be dirty, it is difficult to clean them with a soft dry cloth, and do not use steel wire balls, abrasive cleaning balls and other cleaning tools with rough surfaces at will. In case of steel wire or abrasive particles falling into the heating tube, it may cause unpleasant smell of burnt paste during barbecue, or even short circuit of the whole circuit. You can try to wipe it with nylon cloth with strong cleaning power.
Step 5: After cleaning the heating tube, you can start to clean the shell and liner of the oven. Dip the rag with the diluent of neutral detergent, wring it slightly, and wipe the body shell with a wet wipe. After cleaning, dip it in the diluent once again, wring it slightly, wrap it around your hand, stretch it into the oven, and wipe off the oil dirt. * * * rinse it with clean water and dry it, and wipe it twice.
4. Special cleaning of oven and grill net
(1) Heavy dirt on the baking tray: The baking tray often has burnt dirt, which can be quickly removed by using various waste cards.
(2) Quickly clean the scorched dirt on the grill net by using the friction force of the tin foil paper. Remember to use the tin foil as a cleaning tool after rubbing to increase the friction of the tin foil.
5. Use the "cute cleaning stick" to deal with the inside of the oven that is out of reach
Tie a rag to the * * * of the long chopsticks and fix the rag with a leather cover. The utility model can be made into a round head cleaning rod for wiping flat surfaces, or a sharp head cleaning rod for wiping edges and corners.
(1) Dip in detergent to remove oil stains: wet the round head cleaning stick with water and dip it in detergent, which can be used to wipe the stains on the inner wall of the oven.
(2) Wipe the stains at the corners with a pointed cleaning stick: the stains at the four sides and corners of the oven can be wiped with a pointed cleaning stick according to the previous method.
6. Skillfully remove the greasy taste of the oven
The oven that is often used will have an "old oily smell" or "oily smell". To remove this unpleasant smell, in addition to deep cleaning after each baking, and opening the door to dry the oven naturally, the following methods can also be used to remove the oily smell:
(1) Put a bowl of lemonade or 1:1 white vinegar water, open the container, and dry bake at about 100 ℃ for 10 minutes. The taste can be removed.
(2) After the baking pan is cooled, pour 50mI warm water and a small amount of detergent into the baking pan, cover the baking pan and plug it in, adjust the time knob to 10 minutes, and the hot air circulation can automatically clean the dirt in the baking pan. Unplug the plug and wait for the baking pan to cool, then rinse the baking pan with warm water.
To prevent greasy taste, it is also simple to reduce the burden of cleaning the oven: Wrap the meat food that may fly into hot oil during the baking process with tin foil paper, which not only ensures the crispness of the outside but also the tenderness of the inside, and will not make the oven greasy.
